1  Overview

1.1  Introduction

The video conference recorder CH50 is the latest generation multimedia recording and streaming device for the video conferencing industry. CH50 can work in coordination with all MCUs and terminals based on H.323 standard to record multiple meetings in various speed and different modes. In addition, CH50 provides various functions including live streaming, VOD, remote management and file management. With the characteristics of simple operation, stable performance and easy maintenance, CH50 can meet the requirement of capturing, streaming and sharing of visual information in the conference, training and teaching scenarios.

2  Operation Guide

2.1  Configuring IP Address for the LAN Interface

1.  Use the network cable to connect PC to the WAN interface of CH50.

2.  Modify or add the IP address of PC to be 10.10.10.X (X is any integer from 1 to 254, except 10), with the subnet mask 255.255.255.0.

The IP address for the WAN interface of CH50 is 10.10.10.10 (and it cannot be changed), so the IP address of PC connected to this WAN interface should be in the same network segment (10.10.10.X).

3.  Input http://10.10.10.10:800 in the address bar of the Web browser (for example, Internet Explorer) and then press Enter.

The login page is displayed as follows.

7.  Click Submit.

CH50 reboots automatically to enable the IP address of the LAN interface. It takes about two minutes for the whole reboot process.

Use the network cable to connect the LAN interface of CH50 to Local Area Network, and start CH50.

2.2  Logging in to CH50 through the LAN Interface

Users can log in to CH50 through the IE browser (such as IE8 or IE9). The login process is as follows:
