Dear colleague
The organizing committee of the first Mediterranean Conference of Zoology, to be held in Egypt from 19thto 26th of November 2013, is pleased to announce that this scientific event will take place in the floating hotel of one of the luxurious Nile cruises as it travels from the Thebes, Luxor to Aswan.
The topics of the conference include:
Climate change and Mediterranean Fauna
Biodiversity in Limnic Ecosystems
Fauna of Economical Value: Vulnerability to Stress and Pathology
Mediterranean Marine Protected Areas
Participants will have to benefit of the following:
1. Transfer from Luxor airport to Nile cruises and back to the airport of Luxor,
2. Accommodation in a double cabin with full board (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) for 7 nights, and tea and coffee during coffee breaks,
3. A Gala dinner
4. Visit to the famous archaeological sites including the Temples of Luxor and Karnak, the Valley of Kings,the Temple of Hatshepsut and Colossus of Memnon in luxor, the temple of Kom Omboand the Temple of Horus, Edfu, the Unfinished Obelisk in Aswan, the Aswan High Dam (Lake Nasser) and the Temple of Philae with two private French and English speaking guides,
5.A Felucca ride on the Nile,
6. A specially designed brief-case, A book of Abstracts, block note, a badge.
The registration fee is:
Participant from emerging countries *: 750 US $
Participant from other countries: 750 €
Accompanying person from emerging countries: 650 US $
Accompanying person from other countries : 650 €
One day participation: 120 US $

The brief-case and the book of abstracts will be distributed only to participants.
Participants, who wish to limit their attendance to only one day are requested to pay only registration fees (120 US$). This fee will coveronly the cost of conference documents, the conference brief-case, a badge, one coffee break, and either one lunch or one dinner.
The conference will consist of a plenary sessions and round-table sessions to maximize interactions and to take advantage of the special environment of the Nile-cruise.

The number of places is limited, only abstracts related to the topics for this conference will be considered. The participants should pay their registration fees before the deadline; otherwise, their abstracts will be not taken into account.
