Application Serial no:

Please ensure that correct application serial no. is printed in case of download of soft copy of the form. Please do not use photocopies of an application form. Multiple application forms with same application no. should not be used.

Broker & Sub-broker Code:

Please confirm the broker’s name & code - IDBI CAPITAL- 23/07066-31. In second column (first column preprinted code which will be of Lead Manager.)

Please write the specified sub-broker code in sub broker/agent Code column.

Employee Code:

In case of application through Employees all individuals (Onroll/Offroll) – They should mention their Employee code in the sub broker/Agent Code column in the application form to get employee incentive.

Branch Code:

Branch code will be used in case of direct business of the branch in sub broker/Agent Code column in the application form to get entire brokerage credit to branch.

Who are eligible ?

Resident Indian (Individual) & HUF – please refer product note attached.

Issuance and Trading : In demat and physical form.For Physical option(KYC documents – address proof.PAN Card & Cancelled cheque which should be self certified)

Minimum application Size: Rs. 5000/- (one bond for Rs 1000/- minimum 5 Bonds and in multiples of one (1) Bond thereafter)

Mode of payment:

1) At par cheques, if client applies through non ASBA. Local cheques /Drafts (crossed A/c payee) should be drawn in favour of “ PFC Tax Free Bonds 2015-Escrow Account- R ” Please write the sole/first applicant’s name and application number on the reverse of cheque /draft.

2) If clients apply through ASBA – Client has to filled in Bank Name, Branch and Account number as required in the form.

BIDDING OF APPLIACTION FORMS: Bidding is compulsory (Requested to contact nearest IDBI Capital Branch)

Submission of Application Forms: After forms have been bidded, completed application forms with A/c payee local cheques or drafts along to collecting bankers to the issues. Please refer Banking Matrix.

Record Keeping:

Xerox copy of application form should be kept for record.
