Artists’ Round Table & WASCO Montgomery Village October 8 & 9, 2011 Art Show

DATE: Saturday & Sunday, October 8 and 9, 2011

LOCATION: Montgomery Village, corner of Sonoma Avenue and Farmers Lane

TIME: Setup at 8:30 A.M. Take down at 5 P.M. Show times 10 A.M. - 5 P.M.

ENTRY FEES: $30. COMMISSION: 15% on any sale over $100.00 must go through sales table

ENTRY DUE DATE: No entries will be accepted after Friday, September 30, 2011. Space is limited. You may enter as an Artists’ Round Table or WASCO member, but you may only enter once and occupy one space. (Space may be shared by two artists)

CONDITIONS: Emphasis will be placed on quality work, all paintings and sculptures must be in saleable condition, with paintings framed with eyes and wires for hanging. Bins are allowed. For any questions, call Kathy Byrne at 538-8058 for Artists’ Round Table;

SALES: A sales table will be made available for WASCO members during both days Cash, Check and Visa or Master Card charges may be made at the sales table, however, artists can do their own sales of less than $100 if they wish but must collect tax and pay tax 8.5% (Santa Rosa) to CA.

DISPLAY AREAS: Artists will be assigned space with 2 pegboard panels (4 sides each) and hooks will be provided. Panels are 4’ x 4’ each and are painted white. Artists may use a display bin as long as it fits within the angle of the pegboard panels. Tables (no larger than card table size) may be used and must be covered with a white cloth and skirted to the floor. Boxes, etc., are to be stored under the covered table. There must be NO artwork sitting on the ground. Each artist is responsible for maintaining and removing their display and cleaning up, showing every consideration for the area of Montgomery Village.

OVERNIGHT STORAGE: As in the past, we hope to have storage available, courtesy of Montgomery Village.

PARKING: Immediately after setting up, move your cars out of the area. Parking is available at the northeast side of Lucky’s Store or along the area west of the shopping center next to Farmers Lane.

Space assignments will be mailed to you.
