Burglaries
There have been 4 incidents reported which relates to a residential property:
· Northbury Road, Great Sutton – attempt to force ground floor window with a screwdriver, no entry gained.
· Milton Road, Ellesmere Port – entry gained via rear ground floor window, laptop and bicycle stolen
· Birkett Avenue, Great Sutton – Entry gained via ground floor window electrical items and keys to vehicles stolen
· Luton Road, Ellesmere Port – Entry gained by unknown means laptop taken, offender disturbed and made off. Has been identified and apprehended.
There has been 1 incident reported which relate to business premises:
· St Bernards RC School, Sherbourne Road, Ellesmere Port – attempt made to force door, no entry gained.
There have been 2 incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
· Mill Lane, Willaston – Gardening equipment and tools taken from detached garage
· Neston Road, Willaston – 8 Sheds broken into at allotments
Theft
There have been 8 incidents reported of theft with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:
· Cambridge Road Veterinary Centre, Ellesmere Port – Parking permits stolen from counter
· Whitby Road, Whitby – Secure White & Pink Mountain Bike stolen from alleyway
· Coronation Road, Ellesmere Port – Insecure white BMX with purple wheels stolen – Located & Returned
· Whitby Road, Ellesmere Port – Jacket stolen from bar
· Whitby Road, Ellesmere Port – Insecure Black Muddy Fox Mountain Bike stolen
· Whitby Road, Ellesmere Port – Secure black Carrera Subway Zero stolen
· Tarporley Road, Great Sutton – Mobile phone stolen
· Princes Road, Ellesmere Port – Mobile phone stolen
Criminal Damage
There have been 7 incidents reported of criminal damage with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:
· Dover Court, Ellesmere Port – unknown object thrown causing small hole to ground floor window
· Sandy Lane, Little Neston – Concrete thrown into garden damages garden furniture
· Brewers Arms, Neston – Male kicks locked door several times causing it to break off hinges
· Flatt Lane, Ellesmere Port – concrete slab thrown at front door causing damage
· Milton Road, Ellesmere Port – rear kitchen window cracked by unknown means
· Hinderton Road, Neston – 4 offenders sighted causing damage to bus shelter before pulling it over
· Elgar Close, Ellesmere Port – Ground floor window cracked by unknown means
Vehicle Crime
There has been 1 incident reported of theft/attempt theft of motor vehicles:
· Cambridge Road, Ellesmere Port – Failed attempt to force steering lock from Piaggio Vespa scooter parked on driveway. Damage caused to front forks, headstock & panels. Offender made off from area.
There have been 4 incidents reported of theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:
· Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port – Sat Nav stolen from boot of secure Volkswagen Golf
· Station Road, Burton – handbag stolen from secure vehicle
· North Road, Ellesmere Port – Fuel removed from petrol tank of vehicle parked in distribution yard
· Rossmore Road East, Ellesmere Port – property stolen from 3 x motor homes
There have been 7 incidents reported of damage to motor vehicles:
· Princes Road, Ellesmere Port – Unknown offender runs over bonnet and roof of Mazda causing dents and smashed windscreen
· Dudley Road, Ellesmere Port – group of youths kick wing mirror of Renault Scenic causing damage
· Dudley Road, Ellesmere Port – group of youths kick wing mirror of Toyota Avensis causing damage
· Dudley Road, Ellesmere Port – group of youths kick wing mirror of Vauxhall Corsa causing damage
· Dudley Road, Ellesmere Port – group of youths kick wing mirror of Vauxhall Astra causing damage
· Kendal Drive, Ellesmere Port – Wing mirror and window smashed of Peugeot 307
· Lancaster Gardens, Ellesmere Port – Rear window of Vauxhall Corsa smashed
Registration Plate incidents
· DG11XML – Audi TT White stolen during burglary Birkett Avenue
· VE11EZU – Vauxhall Insignia stolen during burglary Birkett Avenue
· MW04ZND – Vauxhall Astra – involved in Drive Off
Other incidents of note
During 2 separate incidents in Ellesmere Port this week 2 males have been arrested and charged for the possession of class A drugs in their vehicles.
