Pastime Tournaments LLC, Team Hotel Room Block Agreement

*Hotels are first come first serve. You are not guarantee 1st choice if registration is not paid in full, and based on hotels availability.
RESERVATIONS
-Teams will use the reservation code provided by Pastime Tournaments LLC directly with hotel reservations system.
-All reservation must be made 3 weeks prior to arrival date to be guaranteed discounted rate.
-Individuals can cancel reservations up to 3 days prior to event with no cancellation charges.
CANCELLATION
If Team elects to cancel this agreement for any reason other than a termination for cause or impossibility, Team agrees to provide written notice to Pastime Tournaments LLC accompanied by a liquidated damage payment as indicated:
Less than 30 days prior to arrival date$200.00
More than 10 rooms blocked per night and less than 30 days prior to arrival date$300.00
The parties further agree that the amounts set forth above are reasonable estimates of the damages that would be incurred and include consideration of the possibility to mitigate its losses through resale. Payment must accompany written notice of cancellation in order to constitute a valid exercise of the cancellation option at the agreed amount of damages.
Team agrees that the credit card information provided will be charged only in the situation where Team fails to comply with the Cancellation obligations, if no other form of payment is received.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of dispute resolution, the non-prevailing party will pay the other’s costs and attorney’s fees.
ACCEPTANCE
When presented by the Team to Pastime Tournaments, this document is a contractual agreement by Pastime Tournaments LLC to Team. Upon signature by Team, this document will be an agreement with Pastime Tournaments LLC. Only upon signature of this document by all parties will this document constitute a binding agreement. Upon signature by both parties, Pastime Tournaments and the Team shall have agreed to and executed this Agreement by their authorized representatives as of the dates indicated below.
