Tentative Schedule

Friday, October 13

Elem./JH Wrestlers will weigh in starting at 1 pm and as they arrive throughout the day at BRHS.

Morning/Afternoon / Teams Arrive
4:30 pm / HS Weigh In / Dinner 4:30-5:30 in BRHS Lobby
6 pm - 9 pm / Grades 4-8Round’s 1 & 2 / Wrestle at Gladys Jung Elementary
6 pm – 10 pm / High School Round’s1 & 2 / Wrestle at BRHS

Saturday, October 14

7:30 am High School Only Weigh In (Scratch +1)Breakfast at 7:30 am in Lobby

9 am-1 pm / HS Round’s 3 & 4 / Wrestle at BRHS
9 am-12 pm / Grades 4-8 Round’s 3 & 4 / Wrestle at GJE
11:30 am-1 pm / Lunch in BRHS Lobby
2 pm – 4 pm / HS Round 5 / Wrestle at BRHS
2 pm-3:30 pm / Grades 4-8 Round 5 / Wrestle at GJE
4 pm-5:30pm / Grades 4-8 Medal Matches / Wrestle at BRHS
5 pm-6:30 pm / Dinner in Lobby
7 pm – 9 pm / HS Medal Matches / Wrestle at BRHS

Again, the schedule is TENTATIVE and could be adjusted.

Travel: Please email with the number of travelers, travel times, and airline. You need to arrive Friday before weigh-ins. You will need to depart on Sunday.

Meals: All meals will be free of charge and be served in the BRHS Lobby. Coaches/referee’s and chaperones will eat in the Hospitality Room.

Email Addresses: I will need email addresses for whoever is responsible entering their team into the tournament. Once I get an email address, Trackwrestling will send out a notification with a username and password to allow that person to enter their roster in our Event. Please forward email addresses to:

Rosters: Enter your roster and weight class (this could change when coaches arrive) on Trackwrestling once you receive the email. Coaches: Pay attention to what division you are entering your roster, there will be 2 separate Divisions: Elem./Jr. High and High School. Please enter appropriately. Email me if you have any questions or problems. Remember, we could make changes when you arrive if need be.

Fee’s: Please bring a $100 check payable to B.R.H.S. Wrestling to help offset the cost of Officials.
