Paragraph 2

The following information about the artists movement must be include plus any additional information you feel is necessary.

1.  An art movement is style of art that many artists follow during a certain time period. For example, artists of certain movements may only paint certain subjects or use certain colors. Go to www.artcyclopedia.com and type your artists name in the search box. Your result should look something like this:

Below the name of your artist the movement the artist is associated with should be listed. Leonardo da Vinci is associated with the High Renaissance movement. What movement is your artist associated with?

2. If the movement is listed as a link, then click on it. What is the definition of the movement? If it is not listed as a link, you will have to look up the definition elsewhere.

3. What are the names of some of the other artists that are associated with your movement? Add any interesting information that you would like about those artists as well.

The last paragraph is a personal critique of your artist's work.

·  1.Pick a piece of famous artwork from your artist. List the title, the year it was painted, and the materials used. Then describe it. Be specific! 2.What is your opinion of your artist’s work. Do you like it? Why or why not? Be specific!!! You can address things like color, subject matter, materials etc. Please include a picture of the artwork.
