Cancellations2)
Conference participation: If a booking is cancelled before 22nd September 2014the attendance fee is reimbursed less an administrative fee of EUR 30.00. If cancellation is made at a later date, the participant is charged 80% of the attendance fee. Cancellations are only accepted in writing (i.e. by fax, surface mail or e-mail). The relevant cancellation date is the date of receipt.

Please use a separate form for each registration.2
