General Information
v League Night Changes
· MONDAY – Men’s Division II (Men’s 6-8)
· TUESDAY – Men’s Division I (Men’s 1-5)
· THURSDAY – Co-Rec
v Valid email addresses and phone numbers for all participants listed on the team roster will be required for registration.
· This requirement is to allow the Recreation Department to better communicate information to all team members via email and phone
· Mailings will be very limited to keep costs down.
v Note: All Men’s Leagues will remain sanctioned by NSF-MSF
Registration & Fee Information
v Registration end through Wednesday, March 9 (extended registration).
v Sponsor Fees
· Co-Rec sponsor fee is $250 (2 separate checks for sponsor fee & team fee)
· Men’s DI, DII A & B is $300 (2 separate checks for sponsor fee & team fee)
· Payable to the City of Saint Peter
· Teams must pay the complete sponsor fee at the time of registration. It is the captain’s responsibility for all fees.
· Due no later than Wed. March 9. Registrations received after this date will be assessed a $50 late fee if accepted into the league.
· The Recreation Department no longer invoices sponsors.
· Teams may pay by personal check, cash or credit card and then seek reimbursement directly from their sponsor.
· Receipts are available upon request.
v Team Fee (Also known as Players Fees)
· $250 Per team no matter how many players are listed on the roster
· 2 separate checks for sponsor fee & team fee
· Payable to the St. Peter Softball Association
· Due no later than Friday, June 3
· Discounts on team fees to those who qualify based on previous years’ performance.
· Returning teams (must have 3 or more returning players) that placed 1st or 2nd during the previous regular season and/or during the End-Of- Season Tournament will receive a discount on their Team Fees. If a team has disbanded, the team and players will forfeit the discount and/or payout.
v ROSTERS: MUST BE TYPED AND COMPLETELY FILLED OUT
Valid email addresses and phone numbers for all participants are required. Roster will NOT be accepted if is handwritten and/or information is missing. NO EXCEPTIONS
