  • Purchase: If you choose to purchase your ATM directly from PAI, you can make your purchase with check, cash, and/or credit card.
  • Leasing: You can lease an ATM from us with a buyout option at the end of the contract period. Merchants must meet certain credit requirements, but 99% of all lease applications are approved.

Importance of Great Service: At PAI's ATM Services Group, we are committed to providing our customers the most cost effective and efficient maintenance services in the industry. Our internal software allows us to generate a daily report of ATM terminals that have not performed a transaction within a specific time frame. Every location appearing on that list receives a call from one of our customer service representatives (CSR) in order to ascertain the cause for the inactivity. These calls are tracked, monitored, and escalated to management when necessary. Our CSRs also utilize the real-time access to terminal information to assess the needs of each individual customer. Customer calls are always expedited as soon as possible! When you call, there are no long waits to speak to a live person. On average, our hold time is only 12 seconds. If a technical support problem is discovered that cannot be resolved over the phone, we will dispatch a technician to the site, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Merchant Loaded Placement Program
  • PAI places the terminal in a qualified location FREE of charge.
  • PAI provides hardware, service, and supplies for the terminal while under the placement contract.
  • The merchant provides first line maintenance:cash, paper loading services, phone line, and power.
Full Service Placement Program
  • PAI places the terminal in a qualified location FREE of charge.
  • PAI provides hardware, service, maintenance, cash, and paper loading while under the placement contract.
