Karuna Reikiis a powerful & beautiful next step for Usui Reiki Masters.
Karuna does not ‘compete’ with Usui in any way: the two are natural companions & work beautifully together. Usui Reiki offers between 4-9 healing ‘frequencies’ or ‘colors’ to work with. Karuna adds another 9-12 ‘colors’ to blend with or use alone, increasing your healing capabilities & capacity to ‘hold’ energy; refining your ability to focus on specific issues; exp&ing your awareness & effectiveness.
For many people, Karuna is life changing.
There are four levels of Karuna: two Practitioner & two Master levels. The Practitioner levels each contain four new frequencies that are used for healing in very specific ways. We work experientially in Karuna classes so you can feel & respond for yourself to each energy on it’s own. We discuss energy uses, shapes, names & techniques & practice chanting & toning—healing through sound. We do meditations to heal the Shadow Self, connect with guides & do attunements!

Because Karuna Reikiis so much about feeling & observation, & because, it is an amazing opportunity to allow your system to experience these energies WITHOUT the input of the brain-part that likes to assess, compare & analyze the information it already has to what it is newly experiencing, we say very little about the specifics of the energies before class. This gives you the chance to relax & really feel what’s happening ‘in the now’!
That said, the brain-part just referred to also wants to help you determine if these classes are ‘worth it’ or ‘for you’ & it often does that by assessing information.
So, without ‘giving anything away’, let me just say that the Karuna energies heal on a very deep, all-encompassing, compassionate, cellular level; that they are effective for balancing & connecting & clearing & assimilating & manifesting in a variety of ways, according to the specific frequency. Even the most seasoned healers, those who are experienced in wide varieties of modalities & have been professional healers for years, find Karuna to be deeply effective, transformative & wonderful to receive!
