November 2005 Prayer and Praise from WIHS
A. Praise the Lord GOD Almighty for His many blessings on FAITH SHARING held October 27, 28 and 29th. Nearly 1200 listeners called WIHS and made Faith Promises totaling almost $200,000. Additional Faith Promises received by mail and the Internet have raised current totals to over 1800 Faith Promises exceeding $300,000. Thanks be unto GOD for His great Faithfulness, and for His Spirit to move upon the hearts and lives of so many listeners to declare their faithful support for WIHS in the coming year.
Please pray for the leadership of the Board of Directors as they seek to prepare and administer a 2006 budget that will total some $510,000. Pray for GOD’s guidance and direction as decisions are made regarding expenses (based upon income, of course), and also determining what (if any) program changes should be made, and sponsoring special outreach events during 2006.
B. Sunday, November 13th is the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. WIHS will broadcast a special program at 1 AM, 10 AM and 5:30 PM. Be sure to tune in and encourage others to listen as well. Pray for the Spirit’s enabling power to motivate everyone who listens to be a prayer warrior on behalf of our Christian brothers and sisters in many overseas lands who face daily persecution and undue hardship because of their faithful commitment to our Lord Jesus Christ. C. Pray that all the necessary study and preparations to complete the FCC license renewal application and other FCC required reports will be accomplished and filed with the FCC in a timely fashion, and for the WIHS license to be renewed. November
