COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Participants must major in one of the disciplines in the College of Science & Engineering (COSE) in the Fall ’13 or Spring ’14.
  • Projects must be related to one of the fields in COSE.
  • Projects entered in a previous year may not be in the competition (Can be entered as a “Display Only” poster).
  • Participants must complete the SPS Registration Form and email to .Registration will accepted until the maximum of 180 projects has reached or by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 30th, 2014.
  • Participants are strongly recommended to set up their stations from 9 am on May 9th. (Once set up is done, they may browse around or take a break and come back by 11:30 am to check in and be ready for the competition.)
  • Participants must be available from 12 noon - 3 pm on Friday, May 9th, to present their projects.

Failure to accurately and completely fill out the following information (2 pages with sections A-E) may result in forfeiture of the Prize Money if won.Feel free to add more fields for additional Team Members and/or Faculty Advisors
