Total amount was available fox exp. 4,08,60,000/-

2. Certified that I have satisfied myself that the conditions on which the grants-in-aid was sanctioned have been duly fulfilled/are being fulfilled and that I have exercised the following checks to see that the money was actually utilized for the purpose for which it was sanctioned.
Kinds of checks exercised.
1. Biogas plants reported till 31.3.2010 of the year 2009-2010 were got physically verified and then only claims were submitted by the branch offices.
2. The Regional Managers have physically verified minimum 5% biogas plants of their region.
3. 1% plants were physically verified by H.O.
4. The Completion Certificates are to be signed by staff of Nodal Department, Agriculture Department and this Corporation.
