Start Times:Tournament Starts at 12:30 pm. This is a single elimination tournament; once you lose you are out.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
It is my wish to participate in the Abbeville Autumnfest Cornhole Tournament to be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 in Abbeville held by the Abbeville Autumnfest Committee. I understand, appreciate, and acknowledge thatproperty damage and injuries are common to such events. Ifully assume the risk of such property damage and injuries, and I participate in this voluntarily and with my full knowledge of the inherent risks.
I herebywaive and release any and all rights that either my heirs, successors and assigns or I may have againstTown of Abbeville, Lafayette County, arising from my participation in this event, including, but not limited to property damage and injuries. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless all of the foregoing fromany claim which may be made by me or on behalf by other third parties which might be made against me by others, arising from my participation in the foregoing event. This waiver shall remain valid and may not be unilaterally rescinded by the participant. This form is to be signed by participant or if participant is less than 18 years of age to be signed by the parent or legally responsible guardian. In addition to the release and waiver of liability, signing this form acknowledges that you have read andfully understand theAbbeville Autumnfest Cornhole Tournament.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. This is a family-friendly event. Please refrain from inappropriate language and observe the rules of good sportsmanship at all times.
2.First team to 21 points (meeting or exceeding) wins.
3.Cancellation scoring will be used.
4.3 points will be scored for a bag in the hole, 1 point will be scored for a bag on the board.
5.A coin toss will take place prior to the start of the contest. The winner of the coin toss has the option EITHER to throw first or to choose which side their team will throw from.
6. Team members must be directly across from their partner when throwing
(no crisscross).
7. The first side of player’s alternate pitching corn bags until they have thrown all 4 bags, then the remaining players (pitching from the other cornhole platform) continue to alternate in the same manner.
8. The team who scored in the preceding inning shallpitch first in the next inning
9.Contestant shalldeliver corn bags from assigned position (directly across from their partner).
10. Contestants not pitching shallnot make distracting sounds or movements while opponents are pitching.
11. The pitcher must remain behind the front of the board during the entire address and release of the corn bag.
12.Any corn bag that leaves a contestant’s hand once the final forward swing of the delivery process has started shall count as a pitched corn bag. A corn bag that is accidentally dropped by a contestant before the final forward swing has started shall not be considered foul and may be picked up and pitched.
13.A contestant’s corn bags shall be called foul if the contestant removes any bag before the scoring of that corn bag has been agreed upon. A judge shall be called if a decision cannot be reached. The judge shall determine the scoring for that inning.
14.Any corn bag that contacted the ground before coming to rest on the board or is touching the ground in any way shall be called foul and removed from the board.
