Eligibility of Student Director of Programming:

  • Fulltime,registered,undergraduatePaceUniversity(Pleasantville)studentwithatleast 24 attempted academiccredits from Pace University.
  • Nodisciplinaryprobationorsanction that prohibits holding a student leadership position atthetime of application.
  • Musthavea minimumQPAof2.75.
  • Mustnotbeontheexecutiveboardofmore than one (1) student organization at the time of being sworn in.
  • Student Director of Programming must have actively participated in at least one (1) semester of Programming Board
  • Candidates must attend a pre-qualification meeting with the current Student Director of Programming and their Advisor prior to completing their application.
  • Candidates must be available to attend and assist at the Spring Carnival

Cashrefundswillnotbegivenin lieuofineligibilitytoreceiveTRfunding.Asa result,yourpositionwillbecompensatedbyyourgenuineinterestandneedtoservePaceUniversitystudents.

YouareresponsibleforyourPaceUniversitybill.TRwillbe appliedtoyouaccountbyOctober15thandFebruary15thofeachsemester.

  • Willreceive$1000.00per semester(is distributed in $500 increments, twice throughout both the Fall and Spring semesters)
  • Student Director of Programmingis expectedtoscheduleten(10)officehours, but not weeklySGA Senate.Officehoursmustbeclearlypostedforstudentsandmustbeadheredtoby allofficers.
  • Will serve as member of the SGA Leadership team and attend all SGA Leadership team meetings

April3rd / The 2018-2019 Student Director of Programmingwillbeginshadowingthe 2017 – 2018SDP
April 6th / SGA Leadership Team Transition Training – 10am – 2pm Kessel Schedule TBD
April10th / Expect to meet with current SDP and their advisor, additional meetings to finalize transition are likely and will be scheduled after election results are final.
April20th / Upontheswearingin,thenewlyelectedExecutiveBoardwillrunitsfirstSGASenatemeeting
April20th / ThenewlyelectedStudent Director of Programming will attend the SGA Senate meeting to give their first report
