Cancellation for TGA Conference must be in writing. Cancellations 30 days plus prior to conference: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee or full credit to TGA Account, expiring by year end. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to conference: Full credit to TGA account, expiring by year end.
Cancellations less than 15 days prior to conference: will not be refunded (Refunds and credits for special events: golf, tours, fishing, clay shooting, etc will not be issued). Substitute (Employee) Attendee will be accepted for all events.
