JV Photographers have signed up – still need Freshmen photographers

HOMECOMING - Need 2 more trucks, 1 more trailer
Donda to follow up with Bill Gines on Bonfire help and send out Homecoming float ideas email to committee

Tailgates before Varsity games

Start and hour before Varsity games, all are welcome. Less formal, Donda to update the website with themes weekly. Reminder we are on school grounds so act accordingly.

Bus to Centaurs Friday
Arrive at school at 5:oo – leaves at 5:30 - Adults $5, Kids $3

Pink Challenge with Wheatridge – Sept 24

T-Shirts- I have paid for 1,000 t-shirts to sell prior to the game to help raise money for the cause.

They are giving us Think Pink items- shoe laces, stickers, etc…..

They are outfitting our football coaching staff with DR pink hats and polos.

ESPN is sending a reporter to cover both schools hard work for this.

We don’t have a date yet but both schools will visit Lutheran’s Cancer Ward. (4 players)

Questions, Concerns or Discussions:

Note for next year – Texas Road House price went up to $7 per person, to include tip. 5:00 serve time, may need to move to 5:30.
