Weigh-Ins: Saturday, January 30, 2016; 4:00-7:00 pm, Skutt Catholic High School

· Note: 6 & Under ~ No weigh-ins required
· Satellite weigh-ins permitted for out of town teams and OMAWA clubs
Divisions & Awards:
· Ages 6 & Under: 4-man Round Robin (3 matches per wrestler); 1st Place Trophies; 2nd - 4th Place Medals
· All Other Novice/Open Ages: 8-man bracket; 1st Place Trophies; 2nd - 8th Place Medals
o All wrestlers get 3 matches unless granted a bye
o Enhanced tournament feel; more competitive in later rounds

Entry Fee & Registration Deadline: $15 per wrestler; Register and pay via Track Wrestling by 10:00 pm Friday, January 29, 2016; Pre-approved Team payment may be accepted. No walk-in registrations accepted. Statistician log-in will be provided. http://www.trackwrestlinglink
Officials: NSAA State Certified Officials
Admission: Adults $5; Students $3; 5 & Under Free. Note: Five free coaches per team (must have 15 wrestlers enrolled); otherwise, one coach/5 wrestlers. Must wear wristband to be on mat to coach. Coach bands will be dispersed at weigh-ins.
Concessions: Open all day. No coolers allowed.
General Information: Novice division is for 1st and 2nd year wrestlers or wrestlers under .500 win record. All Novice matches will be three 1-minute periods. Ages 13 & 14 Open Division will be three 1:30 periods; all other ages are three 1:00 periods. Ages 6 & Under and Ages 13 & 14 Open and Novice divisions will be combined to ensure adequate number of wrestlers per bracket. Tournament Director reserves the right to cancel or combine weight classes.
Legal Notice: Neither IronHawk Wrestling Academy, Skutt Catholic High School, nor anyone involved with the tournament will be held liable for any injuries, accidents or loss of property. Any person disrupting, stealing or damaging property will be immediately declared ineligible to wrestle and will be held responsible for damages. SECURITY and EMERGENCY services will be provided on-site.
