To be considered for BCAP 2015, the following information must be submitted no later than March 31, 2015:

1.Completed application form(all 3 pages plus essay).

2.Copy of your official high school transcripts (electronic copy sent from your high school is acceptable).

3.Name and contact information (email address is required; phone number would be appreciated) of a teacher and a school counselor, who can attest to your motivation and potential for academic success(Non-Family Related).

4.Short essay: On a separate piece of paper, please answer the following question. Please limit your essay response to no more than two pages.

What do you hope to learn/accomplish as a participant in the BCAP program? How does attending this program fit into your future college and career aspirations?

I understand that the BCAP 2015 Program is a week-long, supervised residential experience at the UA Campus. I also understand the BCAP Experience Day is a one-day program held at the Eller College. If selected to participate in either program, I will adhere to all program requirements and guidelines set by the Eller College of Management and the University of Arizona.
