Feb 2011 Charlotte Coin Club Show: Plug, Dates and Directions

Dear Potential Show Dealer,November 24, 2010

This is the sixteenth year that I’ll be the Bourse Chairman for the Charlotte Coin Club’s Annual Show and I’m no less than excited about it. We are in the new location, the Metrolina Tradeshow Expo, with great partner hotels that offer discounted rates. This show is run completely by club volunteers and we aspire to have a well-publicized, well-attended and smoothly run event. Our show has been growing steadily for the past 15 years and we appreciate your attendance and support.

We will continue to serve pizza on set-up night (Thursday) and provide coffee and doughnuts in the mornings plus there is a very nice food service just outside the bourse. We advertise in many local media as well as the national coin publications, plus flyers are distributed and a mailout is sent to all previous raffle entrants (a targeted mailing list of 2700). Krause, Amos and CDN give us handouts for both dealers and public. No admission is charged to the show and we will have Free Parking for all dealers and public. There is a raffle with door prizes and information about joining the coin club. We also have a great YN program so please consider donating some wheat cents, buffalo nickels, etc. Lastly, we have a great partner hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn with room + breakfast starting at $65;call 704-597-7655 and use the promo code CLT. We look forward to seeing you in Charlotte in February!
