When completing your scheduling sheet, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

1. USE A PENCIL AND PRINT CLEARLY.

2.  You must list alternate choices, IN PRIORITY ORDER, on your Course Selection Sheet. Alternates may be substituted into your schedule in place of your first choice if there is a conflict. If you don’t fill in alternates and there is a scheduling conflict, you will be put into the class of our choice and will be required to keep it.

3.  An Advanced Course Application must be completed and attached to your schedule for any class that indicates this application is required in the Course Selection Sheets. These applications will be available in the Counseling Office. If the application is not completed and attached, the student may not write this class in as a choice on the schedule form.

4.  Your class choices should reflect careful thought and consideration since changes cannot be made in the fall – including changes from an honors, accelerated, or advanced placement course to a standard level course. Please discuss your choices with your parents and obtain their signature. Seek input from teachers and obtain teacher recommendation signatures for any class that requires one.
