Objective:

- In this role, which I helped create and piloted, my 5teammates and I helped250+ financial advisors in our branch (the Ameriprise Advisor Center) deliver better financial advice to their clients, in less time.
- Supported advisors in the Ameriprise Advisor Center (who work with clients primarily by phone) by entering financial data, asking clarifying questions, meeting with them to develop their recommendations, writing the advice deliverable and making any necessary edits
- Role played advisors through plan delivery presentation and served as a knowledge resource/expert on financial planning process, sales, fee setting, and practice management
- Created and curated an extensive library of customizablefinancial advice recommendations for the AAC
- Developed systematized plan production processes and lead the group on continuous process improvement efforts to help ensure quality of advice, quality of language, consistency, and the best possible advisor and client experience
- Assumed a larger informal leadership role on the team in June 2012 as our leader took another position and was not replaced.
- Financial plans sold in the department increased 144% and direct financial planning GDC increased 89% from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, financial plans sold in the department increased 143% and direct financial planning GDC increased 126%.
