MOTION: That Peter write to Council expressing the North Bondi Precinct’s strong opposition to the application to rezone 105 Wellington St, Bondi from 6(a) open space to 2(c)1 residential and to any development of that property that would impact on the amenity of the local community in terms of traffic generation, noise, hours of operation and parking over and above that which currently exists. Carried unanimously
MOTION: That Peter write to Rabbi Ulman (FREE) requesting that the tennis courts be kept open while the rezoning of the land is being considered and as long as possible after that. Carried unanimously
ACTION: Dominic to alert Gabbie to history aspect of tennis courts

parking in neighbour’s driveways, threatening behaviour of owners, and further condoning

TRAFFIC REPORT NORTH BONDI PRECINCT Aug. 252010
As you are aware there is major infrastructure work in progress in North Bondi
being undertaken by energy Australia over the past 6 months.
Today work is in progress in Ramsgate Ave.And will continue for the next 3 weeks.
Work also will be at Brighton Blvd. for Electricity connection for a week or so.
Recently, improvements have been made;
Bicycle tracks
car directional signs
car turning indications
in Blair St.
In Mitchell St. Repairs have been made to the foot paths, similarly in Murriverie Rd.
I have suggested in the past [but I believe it has not been clearly
understood]
to have a pedestrian sign clearly visibleand reflective at night at the corner of
Ramsgate Ave. and the corner of CampbellPde.
also there is a tree falling over the foot path in Biddigal Reserve in Ramsgate Ave.
which residents have to bend very low to pass under it . I consider this to be very urgent .
thank you juju Kalek
