ANNEXURE

A.  Floor Rise Charge will be chargeable as follows:

·  Floor 13 - 19: Rs 100/- per sq. ft.

·  Floor 6 -12 : Not Applicable

B.  Preferential Location Charges will be chargeable as follows:

·  Facing Swimming Pool/ Playground/ Fountain: Rs 50 /-per sq. ft.

·  Others : Not Applicable

C.  Electricity, connection incidental Charges :

F.  The company would pay penalty to the allottee @ Rs 5/- per sq. ft. per month for any delay in offer of the possession of the project beyond the committed period. Similarly, the customer would also be liable to pay holding charge @ Rs 5/- per sq. ft. per month, if the customer fails to take the possession within 30 Days from the date of possession letter.
