  1. New players may join the ladder at any time. They will be added to the bottom of the bracket assigned by the Administrator.
  1. You may challenge any player (that does not have a scheduled match) that is within 5 places of you by tagging the player on the LBOB page only. You CANNOT challenge players by word of mouth, messenger, or by phone. Players that are already scheduled to play a match will be highlighted in yellow. If you are in the top 10 of the A ladder you can only challenge 3 spots ahead of you.
  1. All matches will be played on 8 foot tables. Players do have the option to play on either the 9 or 7 foot tables if both players agree.
  1. When a player is challenged they have 7 days to accept the challenge and 14 days to play the match. If a player does not respond the match will be forfeited and the challenger will move up as if he won the match. If a player has multiple occasions of not being available for a match they will be removed from the ladder.
  1. Once the players agree to a time and date for the match to be played it is required that it be posted to the LBOB page so other players can stay up to date on player availability.
  1. If a player cannot make their match for work or emergency reasons they must let an administrator know 3 hours prior to the match. Failure to do so will require you to pay the entry fee to the player and players that owe an entry fee will not be allowed to play another match until it is paid. Players will be allowed to miss matches for work or etc. on occasion but to many times of not being available for matches will result in removal from the ladder. Also players that are going to be late are required to inform the player as soon as possible prior to the match. Any player that shows up later than 20 minutes for a scheduled match will forfeit and will be required to pay their entry fee. For this reason please make sure that your matches are scheduled for an exact time.
  1. Players are only required to play one match every two weeks. But they are required to acknowledge any challenge and tell the player that the match will be played after the allotted time. However players ARE allowed to play as many matches as they would like. Also you may not challenge a player that has just finished a match until their standings are posted.
  1. All players that have been challenged or have challenged someone and are waiting to play their match will be highlighted. Players that are highlighted cannot be challenged by another player until the results of the match have been posted.
  1. The winner of the match must report the results of their match immediately following their match. If the winner of the match is below the player they beat they will take their spot on the ladder and the losing player will move down one spot. If the player who won was already the higher player there will be no changes to the ladder other than win loss updates.
  1. You may only play the same player once every week. If the first match is forfeited, it is considered to have been played.

If a player cancels their match with a player they will have to wait 24 hours before they are able to challenge that player again.
