Role Summary
To deliver exceptional servicing to existing and future club partners, ensuring all partners receive their full allocation of rights and additional added value. You will be the day-today contact across your section of the Everton partnership portfolio, inclusive of multiple principal partners, and will help to ensure that your team delivers success against objectives for its commercial partners.
Of primary importance, will be building and nurturing excellent relationships with all club partners. Developing key internal stakeholder relationships will also be a critical aspect of your role, as you seek to ensure club partners have the toolkit they need to activate their partnerships to their full potential.
You will work closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, Head of Partnership Delivery and the Partnerships Sales team to assist in the development additional commercial opportunities throughout the term of the contracts and work with the commercial team and head of department on partnership renewals as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Deliver first class day-to-day service to all Club partners ensuring the delivery of all contractual obligations to achieve a positive ROI each individual partner.
- Provide first point of contact relationship management to Club partners
- Work with partners to create partnership and marketing activation plans which help them to achieve their key objectives.
- Manage all partner branding at the Club including static branding in the stadium and at the training ground.
- Deliver research and measurement programmes that demonstrate return on partner investment and report regularly to partners.
- Support the Senior Partnerships Manager in planning and implementing of partner strategy particularly in relation to retail and kit launch campaigns.
- Provide regular case studies to continually support the Partnerships Sales Team by highlighting how the Club delivers value to partners.
- Oversee the relationship between the partner and all other departments within the Club, developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the sponsorship marketplace to ensure the Club is fully informed of industry trends and well placed to maximise related opportunities
2. Administration
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the partnership inventory records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date and set out in the standard team format.
- Maintainpartner coverage documents, rights trackers and Repucom reports.
- Ensure all relevant account plans are updated on an ongoing basis including all current and relevant information concerning each partner.
3. Match Day Responsibilities
- Deliver partner match day activations when required.
4. Other Responsibilities
- Understand the commitments of the Club to FAPL Sponsors and Associate Partners and assist in delivery of these rights.
- Maintain product/departmental knowledge on the full range of goods and services provided by Club.
- Maintain knowledge of Company policies, procedures and processes.
- Participate in departmental meetings as required.
- All other reasonable duties required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Skills & AbilitiesEssential / Desirable
- Highly Computer literate (with excellent abilities on Word, Excel and ideally Database knowledge and application)
- Ability to create and maintain accurate / accessible and organised documentation
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who places high value on attention to detail

Knowledge & Experience
Essential / Desirable
- Relevant experience within a sponsorship environment at a rights holder, partner or agency
- A successful track record of delivering exceptional value for a recognised and established brand
- Account management experience
- Experience of managing a rights delivery programme, preferably in a sporting environment
- Proven communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients
- Applied understanding of brand marketing and marketing principles, to include within the digital and social media sphere
- An in-depth understanding of the commercial landscape within the sport and entertainment sector
- A demonstrable record of delivering effective marketing campaigns
- Experience within a sporting environment.
