Medical, Information and Release Forms:

PLEASE send in these formsin as soon as possible. Please check to see if you have completed both sides of the forms. Forms are due this Friday.

Computer Use Form:

This year we have a new server and students will learn how to save their work on Office 365. Access to Office 365 requiresyou to sign a consent form, that when signed, permits your child to gain access to this system. While this is not an educational requirement for your child, we hope that you will see the value in providing these tools for your son or daughter. If you choose to grant permission, please sign the consent form and return it to your child’s campus. More information will be provided laterwith instructions on how to access the new collaboration system. For more information, visit

Download the consent form here -

If you choose to not sign the consent form, you will need to send a memory stick in with your child to use this year to save completed work. Please talk to me if you have questions.

Flu and Cold Precautions:

I know that many people are concerned about the upcoming flu seasons.

  • We will be emphasizing HAND WASHING though at the school and in our classroom, because this is the best method for holding back the flu.
  • Please note that there are hand sanitizer stations located throughout the school. You do not need to send in individual hand-sanitizer containers as it is available in the class for all students.
  • I would appreciate it if each child could bring in a box of Kleenex, which we will share as a class.
  • Keep your child at home if they are ill!

Library:
