Red Ribbon Training

Red Ribbon Week is the oldest and largest drug prevention program in America, reaching millions of students each year during the last week of October. By wearing red ribbons and participating in community anti-drug events, young people pledge to live a drug-free life and pay tribute to DEA Special Agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena (1947-1985).

·  Free substance abuse awareness training for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students in the greater St. Louis area who have demonstrated leadership potential.

·  Engaging, interactive sessions that teach students how to create their own Red Ribbon school activities. The workshops are led by local prevention professionals who are committed to promoting healthy lifestyles for youth.

These sessions keep students in the know with the latest facts on each topic and teach practical, hands-on techniques for sharing this information at their schools.

Red Ribbon Training Permission Slip
