Managing Distress Through Acceptance

During times of emotional crises, it can be quite difficult tolerating distress. The ability to manage distress can be learned and practiced. One way to do this is by learning to accept what is going on instead of trying to change what is out of your control.

In this workshop, we will discuss strategies and learn specific tools to help cope with distress in healthy and productive ways.
