-Identify the most productive and successful investors, rehabbers, and wholesalers in your market

-To get to know local investors to sell properties to or buy properties from them

-To see what marketing they’re doing and possibly implement the same strategies/campaigns they are using

Assignments:

d) Identify the top 5 Active wholesalers/rehabbers In Your Market

e) Create a swipe file for each of your competitors- use www.snagit.com

f) CONTACT these wholesalers/rehabbers, positioning yourself as a prospective seller. Ask who they are and what they do- and take notes!!

Objectives:

Immediately establish credibility by creating or improving 3 essential marketing pieces: business cards, buyer credibility packet, and seller credibility packet.

Assignments:

g) order and make 2 types of business cards, come up with name of company

h) create the content for your Seller Credibility Packet and your Private Lender Credibility Packet

i) Listen to DVD 1 of “8 Week Marketing Jump Start”

j) Read Chapter 2 in Wholesaling Manual, also refer to pages 116-118 for samples
