Training Course Application Form

The total time commitment required for the MISHH Training Course is 25 hours, including a half-day self-directed learning task, four face-to-face workshop sessions, and between-session homework assignments.

Before applying, please:

Discuss the training requirements with your manager and whoever organises your rota, to ensure there is cover to allow you to commit to all elements of this course.

Check that the course dates do not clash with existing commitments, such as annual leave or other training.
