Payment is required to guarantee participation. Payment may be made by paypal, check or money order. Checks and Money order made payable to either Kensington Soccer Club or Camden Youth Soccer Club.

WAIVER (all participants must sign. If a participant is between the age of 16-18, please have a parent also sign. Please note this is an adult tournament, so there should be no participants under the age of 16.)

We, the undersigned, understand that soccer is a physical sport and that there is a risk of injury. We hereby revoke our right to sue Kensington Soccer Club, Camden Youth Soccer Club or Camden High Playing fieldsif an injury occurs. Players may play without shin guards but do so at their own risk.

For your information:-

  • While the tournament is co-ed, the 5 players can be all male, all female or a mix.
  • Parking is available at the Camden High playing fields on 1654 Euclid Avenue.
  • Please plan to arrive as close to 12pm as possible to get registered and start playing the games. This will allow us to stay on schedule throughout the day (We plan on starting the first game at 12:30)
  • There will be water available at the tournament. However, feel free to bring your own drinks. We hope to have other food/drinks available also but can not guarantee that.
  • Please try to fill up all 5 spots in your team. If you need more players, there may be some solo players looking for a team – we can get you in touch with them.
  • Remember – this is supposed to be a fun, friendly tournament. Please keep this in mind during the day and be respectful of any referee, official and especially your opposition.
  • We will provide pinnies to allow for identification of teams. You may wear a uniform if you wish, but it is not necessary.
  • Further information about the tournament will be provided as we confirm details.
  • The waiver must be signed by all players prior to tournament, but is not necessary for registration purposes.
  • Camden HighAthleticField is a turf field, however any footwear you feel comfortable in can be worn. While we suggest the wearing of shin guards, they will not be mandatory.
