2.1 Note any specific requirements – glazed panels/partitioning, sliding/retractable partitioning, viewing panels, paint, tiles, splashbacks, any particularly hard-wearing requirements.
2.2 Note preference and requirements for finishes - carpet, vinyl, tiles (noise reduction, cleaning ability, durability, etc.)

4.0 Note if AC is required for comfort or particular requirements, whether any equipment to the area has a heat load, if there is a preferred temperature for the room, or if there are any special requirements related to supply or control.
5.0 Note if any spotlighting is require to a particular area for a special purpose, activity or piece of equipment within the room. Do the various activities within the room require differing alternative levels of light or differing sets of controls for lights?
6.0 Note number of points required, any 3 phase or 15 amp outlets required, the need for emergency power or a continuous power supply, or the need for ceiling mounted equipment. 1 Phase/10amp are the standard outlets that will be provided.
7.0 Note whether digital or analogue, number of points and handsets, and any other specific requirements.
8.0 Note any requirements including whether wireless data is required.
9.0 Note requirements and any preferred characteristics to the items. Note requirement for curtains/blinds e.g. anti-glare, dim-out, blackout. Also note any projection screens or blinds that need to be motorised.
