The SHAPE America Eastern District cordially invites you to exhibit at their 94th annual convention, “In the Heart of Springfield! A Time for Challenge, Change and Opportunity” Enclosed you will find your Exhibitor/Resource Table registration form.

If you would like to present a session involving your company/expertise for the convention attendees, submit a Session Proposal by August 15. See the SHAPE America Eastern District Convention website.

The 2015 Exhibitors will once again see additional advertising advantages. Advertising in the convention program is available for: $250/full page, $125/half page, $50/quarter page, $25/ business card. Advertising Exhibitor Special: If total booth fee is received by December 1, 2014, you may advertise at 50% off the above rates! ($125/full, $75/half, $25/quarter, $12.50/business card – ONLY available to exhibitors)

Exhibits Schedule: Thursday, February 5, Exhibitor Set Up - 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Thursday, February 5, 11:00 a.m. Exhibits Open – 4:30p.m.

Friday, February 6, 9:00 a.m. Exhibits Open – 4:30 p.m.

Saturday, February 7, 9:00 a.m. Exhibits Open – 1:00 p.m.

Booth Fee: (Includes draped 6 foot table, two chairs, wastebasket, 8’ high backwall, 3’ high side rails, one exhibitor ID sign)

Single Booth - $400; Double Booth - $725

College/University Booth - $250

Resource Table: Includes draped 6 foot table - $150

If you can’t attend the convention, this provides an opportunity to display your catalogs & products and still be listed in our convention materials.

The total booth fee must accompany the reservation/contract for exhibit space made payable to SHAPE America.

Payment must be made by December 15, 2014. No refunds will be made after January 1, 2015.
