IMPORTANT GATE POLICIES:
In an effort to provide a safe environment for our guests, while ensuring everyone’s timely entry to view the event, the following policies shall be in effect. Fans may enter Daytona International Speedway with one each of the bags described below:
One soft side bag or cooler, no larger than 6 x 6 x 12 inches
• Examples include: a soft side insulated cooler, scanner bag, fanny pack, purse, diaper bag, binocular bag, etc., as long as it fits the size guidelines.
• This one bag may be carried in any manner, i.e. by handle, with shoulder straps, on a belt, etc.
• A soft side insulated cooler may contain ice.
One clear plastic bag, no larger than 18 x 18 x 4 inches
• To accommodate samples received and purchases made after fans have parked their cars.
• This one bag may be carried in any manner, i.e. by handle, with shoulder straps, on a belt, etc.
• Clear plastic bags may not contain ice.
Other items permitted include:
• Binoculars, scanners, headsets, cameras, not in a bag, worn separately over the neck or on the belt and seat cushions carried separately are also allowed.
• Flags are acceptable for admissions, provided they are not attached to poles and that they do not obstruct other fans viewing of racing activities. No flag poles of any type will be allowed. Small nationality flags attached to a pencil sized diameter wooden stick, will be allowed.
All items brought through a Grandstand gate will be inspected.
The following may not enter the admission gates or
be left in or around the gate area:
• Firearms, fireworks and items restricted by Local, State and Federal laws.
• Hard sided coolers, thermos and insulated cups of any size.
• No strollers, glass containers, umbrellas, scooters, skateboards, or pets (trained assistance animals for disabled guests are welcome).
• Any bags, backpacks, suitcases or containers larger than the allowable size.
• Items left in or around the admission gates will be removed and discarded.
Visit prior to your arrival for more details. We thank you for your cooperation. To expedite entrance into the facility, guests are encouraged to arrive at the gates as early as possible and have your bags open for inspection.
TICKET OFFICE LOCATIONS
Year round main ticket office located inside the Daytona 500 Experience; open daily. Hours subject to change; call the Ticket Office at 1-800-PITSHOP for specific hours of operation.
Additional ticket office locations available on race days only:
Booth B: Located behind Earnhardt Tower Grandstands, near Gate 8 adjacent to Pedestrian
Bridge across International Speedway Blvd.
Booth D: Located behind Sprint Tower Grandstands, near Gate 18.
Booth E: Located near Turn 1 tunnel.
Superstretch Ticket Office: Located behind Allison Grandstands on Superstretch, near Gate 62.
Sprint FANZONE – Located adjacent to the entrance to Sprint FANZONE inside infield.
Please verify ticket quantity, race dates and seat locations upon receipt and before leaving for the track. For ticket discrepancies, please call the ticket office.
Keep your tickets in a safe place. Daytona International Speedway assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced or destroyed tickets. Duplicate tickets will not be issued. Tickets may not be resold on Speedway property.
PURCHASING TICKETS
Tickets may be purchased through the Speedway Ticket office for all racing events in advance. For practice & qualifying days, tickets can be purchased at the above booth locations the day of the event. All ticket sales are final. No exchanges. No refunds.
TICKET INSURANCE
Daytona International Speedway has partnered with World Access to offer Event Ticket Protector Insurance to ticket buyers who are unable to attend events due to unforeseen circumstances. The coverage, an optional purchase in addition to the ticket is available for all NASCAR, Grand American and motorcycle events at DIS. This insurance provides fans re-imbursement if a medical issue, traffic accident, jury duty, employment termination or any other covered reasons prevents the insured from attending a race. Additional covered reasons are included in the policy. Race fans can request insurance coverage when they purchase tickets for DIS events by visiting or calling 1-800-PITSHOP.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
Sanctioning bodies (NASCAR, Grand American Road Racing, etc.) and Daytona International Speedway determines racing schedules. In the event of a delay or postponement, all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled race day. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
WILL CALL
Will Call is available to guests that purchase tickets through the Ticket Office within 2 weeks prior to the event and unable to be mailed. Tickets left in will call may be picked up by the account holder on file; photo ID is required.
Will Call is located in the Main Ticket Office inside the Daytona 500 Experience. For added convenience Will Call for Superstretch tickets (only) is moved to the Superstretch Ticket Office on days when Superstretch seating is open. Visit the Speedway’s websites closer to the events for specific will call hours.
GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
• Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket for reserved seating & Sprint FANZONE.
• Children 12 and under are admitted FREE with paying adult to General Admission areas
including infield.
• Grandstand tickets do not grant access to the infield; a separate admission ticket must be purchased for infield access.
• When exiting ticket gates you must show your ticket and collect a Pass-Out return check for re-entry.

• For your safety and as a courtesy to other guests, standing on the seats and along fence lines is prohibited.
• Smoking has been determined to be hazardous. Please extend the courtesy of asking others seated around you if smoking will impact their event experience in an unfavorable manner. Please do not smoke in the presence of others who request that you do not.
CREDENTIALS
If you have applied and been approved for credentials, you may pick them up in the credential building, located on Dunn Avenue. (See page 33) For more information about Speedway-issued credentials, call (386) 947-6745. Because credentials may be checked at any time, credential holders are asked to carry their photo ID at all times.
