Friday, September 25th
- 7:00 p.m. –Hoxie High School football game
Saturday, September 26th
- 11:00 a.m. – Parade –Main St.
- 11:30 – at this printing, no organizations have finalized plans to serve the BBQ lunch at 4-H building; watch the Hoxie Sentinel for updates!
- 1:30 – 2:30 – Alumni Program honoring the graduating classes of 1959 and 1984 – Hoxie High School Auditorium. The Sheridan County Historical Society will provide another wonderful program!
- 2:30 – 4:30 (come-&-go) - Alumni Registration and Reception - Hoxie High School Library
Reunions
The class of 1949 will celebrate its 60th class reunion this year. In addition to those activities listed above, the class will meet at Glenn Diebert’s after the football game for a social hour and Saturday, they will have a light dinner at Sheridan Estates following the Alumni Registration and Reception.
Alumni Scholarship
Brittany Schamberger was the recipient of the 2009 Alumni Scholarship. Brittany is the daughter of Ron and Sharon (Spresser) Schamberger graduates of the classes of 1975 &1982 respectively.
Float Chairpersons
In past years, we have named one individual from each class to serve as float chairperson in the hope that many classes would choose to be represented in the Homecoming parade; however, we have found that, aside from the thrill of seeing your name listed in the newsletter, the float chairperson list was not the impetus for more parade entries.
