We refer to your letter dated 04.09.2017 regarding the extension of existing Bulk LPG Transportation by Road contract for a period of Six Months or till finalization of new contract from 01.11.2017.
We hereby accept to extend the contract LPG/LOGS/TT/SR/2014/A for a period of six months w.e.f 01.11.2017 or till finalization of the new proposed contract, whichever is earlier at the same rate and the same Terms & condition of the 2014-17 contract. Also we request you to kindly bring the tender and will finalize at the earliest.
