Methodology used to collect trip data / All requests for trips from Vinton County are direct calls from the clients and in Jackson County, medical trips are requested through the local DJFS, but job and training trip requests are direct calls from the clients. Each client and their trip data are entered into our transportation data tracking system and used to gather monthly data for reports

Methodology used to estimate number of jobs targeted / We consider any trip to work, interview, training site as a job targeted, and these are counted toward the estimate by each individual that we provide the service to.
