14. AGREEMENT
The issuance or granting of a sign permit or approval of plans or specifications shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, a violation of any of the provisions of the adopted zoning code or any other ordinance of the Town of Ennis. The undersigned agrees that the proposed work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications and the statements made in this application and in conformance with applicable Town codes or ordinances. This permit becomes null and void if work or constructionauthorized by the permit is not commenced and/or finished within 180 days (6 months) from dateof issuance.
