Topic:Proposed 2014 Fees for Water and Wastewater Services
The Commonwealth facilitates the provision of water and wastewater services in the Jervis Bay Territory (JBT)through the Jervis Bay Territory Administration. The Commonwealth proposes to increase water and wastewater fees effective from 1 July 2014 through the Water and Wastewater Services Fees Determination 2014 (Jervis Bay Territory) (2014 Determination).
In developing the new fees, a number of factors have been considered including the retail pricing of water and wastewater services in the adjacent Shoalhaven region.
All JBT Water and Wastewater Fees are GST free.
A table comparing the proposed 2014 fees to the current fees can be found overleaf. A copy of the draft 2014 Determination is available:
