a) DNPA 16/01717/MOD – Application for modification of section 106 agreement ‘to reduce the potential “open Space and Recreation Contribution” by attaching the said payment only to dwellings built on the site in excess of a net gain of five dwellings rather than any dwellings built’ and correction of site plan relating to planning permission 13/01046/OUT at Land off Chapel Lane, Chapel Lane, Liverton

b) DNPA 0357/16 – Proposed installation of flue in front elevation front slope at 12 Ley Close, Liverton.

c) 0364/16 – Proposed Erection of oak frame extension and alterations including new windows, oakporch, new dormer windows, replacement bay windows, velux windows andcladding to exterior at Burnbrae House, Haytor.

Grant of Conditional Planning Permission

  • DNPA 0230/16 – Replace corrugated tin roof with slate roof incorporating roof lights at Bagtor Barton.
  • TDC 16/01453/TPO – Fell oak tree at 2 Laskeys Heath, Liverton,
  • TDC 16/00867/FUL – Demolition of outbuildings and construction of new dwelling and access at Mount Hill Cottages, Liverton

Refusal of Planning Permission

  • DNPA 0114/16 – retrospective application of the provision of annex accommodation at Little Sigford Farm, Sigford.
  • TDC 16/01485/TPO – The pruning of one oak tree at 22 Shapely Way, Liverton
