2.  I will be at school every day on time to all my classes, and not leave the school grounds without permission from the Records Office.

3.  I will obey all attendance regulations and procedures.

4.  I will do all class work and homework assigned to me.

5.  I will maintain satisfactory marks in all classes.

6.  I will carry out the instructions of Principal, Assistant Principals, and Teachers without argument and do what I am told.

7.  I will cooperate with all school personal.

8.  I will stay out of fights at all times, and to notify a Dean if there is a problem before a fight occurs.

9.  If I drive a car, I will follow the traffic laws and school regulations.

10.  I will refrain from smoking or carrying cigarettes or tobacco on school grounds, or nearby vicinity.

11.  I will not use, or be in possession of any illegal substance (drugs or alcohol) or any related paraphernalia.

12.  I have read and agreed to follow the Sylmar Charter High School dress code.

13.  If I have questions or need help regarding any of the above, I will speak to a Sylmar Charter High School Dean, Counselor or staff member.

I understand that I have the same rights and privileges of any other student enrolled at Sylmar Charter High School as long as I maintain this contract. I understand the above agreement and will cooperate with Sylmar Charter High School.
