Description of the property mentioned in the schedule below. It is hereby agreeddeclaredcovenanted andrecordedbyandbetweenthe partiesheretoasfollows:

That the Transferor has agreed to transfer the said propertyandthesaidTransferee whoisSonordaughterorfatheror motherorhusbandorwifeofthesecond partyinfamilyrelationhas agreedtoacceptthesaidtransferofimmovableproperty withoutany consideration.ThattheTransferor hereingrants,conveysandtransfers allhisrights,titlesinterestintheabovesaidPlot/House, untothe Transfereehereinthatthesaidpropertytransferred hereinisfreehold andfreefromallsortsofencumbrances, claims,demands,dues,liens, gift, mortgages,decrees,litigations, prior sales,agreementsto sell, notificationsandattachmentsetc.

Thattheactualphysicalpossession ofthesaidproperty herebyconveyedhasbeendeliveredtotheTransferor atthespotwho hasbecometheabsoluteownerinpossession ofthesameandshall enjoyalltherights,privileges,passages,electricitymeter, water connectionandpossessionetc.andabsolute ownerinthesaid property withoutanyhindrances,claims,demandsbythevendoror hisheirsetc.

Thatalltheexpenses fortheRegistrationfeeandother incidental chargesfortheregistration ofthisdeedhavebeenborneand paidbythetransferee.

Thatthetaxes,cesses,duesordemandsinrespectofthisproperty have been paid and cleared by the Transferor up to the date of execution ofthisdeedabsolutelyandthereafter itshallbethe responsibilityofthetransfereeforfuturetaxesetc.

ThatallthepreviousConveyanceDeed andotherrelevantpapers concerning propertyhavebeenhandedoverbythefirstpartytothe secondpartyinoriginal atthetimeofexecutionofthisdeed.

TheFirstpartydeclares andassures thesecond partythat theproperty hereby conveyedwashisselfpurchasedproperty byvirtue oftheConveyance Deedmentionedhereinaboveandthatnooneelse excepttheTransferorhasrights,claims, interests andconcern whatsoeverinthepropertyherebyconveyedoranypartthereof.

Thatthecontentsofthesepresentsaretrueandcorrect, if at any time hereafter the assurance and contents contained herein abovearefoundtobeincorrect,duetoanydefect inthetitleofthe Transferor hisrights,totransferthepropertyherebyconveyedorany partthereofandtheTransfereesuffersanylossthentheTransferor shallbeliabletomake goodthelossthus sufferedbythevendeeand keepthevendee saved,harmless andindemnifiedthroughhisproperty moveableandimmovable againstalllossescosts, demand and expensesoccurringtherebytotheTransferee.
