REGISTRATION FORM
The Conference will begin with arrivals and registration from 11.30 hrs on 19 January. The opening Plenary will be after lunch at 13.30 hrs. The final Plenary will end at 17.00 on 20 January. All bookings will be for the whole conference. We regret that we cannot accept bookings for less than the full period. You may book full board or meals only.

ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation will be available in Fircroft College for those who wish to stay overnight. Resident participants will pay £45 per night for bed and breakfast. Rooms are en suite and have tea/coffee making facilities. Bedlinen and towels are provided.

BOOKINGS AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY 14 NOVEMBER 2005.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: If you cancel your booking before 14 November, the full fees paid will be refunded. For cancellations made between 15 November and 5 January, 50% of the fees paid will be refunded.
No refunds can be made after 5 January.
