ART LOT SPACE RENTAL AGREEMENT

SATURDAY, JUNE 10th 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
SUNDAY, JUNE 11th 12:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
I wish to participate as a vendor for the ART LOT in connection with the 2017 H&G Tour. My signature below is evidence that I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the agents, servants and representatives of the Historic Indian Village Home and Garden Tour, the Indian Village Association, the Indian Village Women’s and Men’s Garden Clubs and the owners of the property from any and all losses, damages, and claims associated with the ART LOT or the Indian Village Home and Garden Tour.
· SPACE FEE: The non-refundable fee per space must be submitted with the Agreement. The fee is $60.00 for Saturday, $50 for Sunday or $85 for both days if postmarked by May 5, 2017. We will immediately confirm receipt and space if available.
· TOUR BOOK LISTING: Space fee must be received by May 5, 2017 to be included.
· SPACES: Spaces, each approximately 12 ft. x 12 ft., are located on the northwest and northeast corners of Iroquois and Vernor, Historic Indian Village, Detroit, adjacent to Christ Lutheran Church. Space sharing will require prior approval. Spaces are on grass. Please bring your own display tables and chairs.
· SET-UP and TAKE-DOWN: Set-up may begin at 7:00 a.m.; take down at 5:00 P.M. on Saturday and 11 a.m. on Sunday with 5 p.m. take down.
· PARKING: There will be space to unload, but cars and vans may NOT be parked on Vernor or Iroquois directly adjacent to the booths. Limited parking will be available in the fenced lot adjacent to the Art Lot.
