DocMarket (March 10-15, 2008)

All documentaries selected for the program will be automatically included in the Videotheque of the DocMarket (provided that the producer agrees) with no participation fee. If a documentary is not selected for the program there is still a possibility to enter the Market with a participation fee of 70 euros (which holds for up to six entries from the same company).

Documentaries produced within the last two years can be included in the Doc Market. A separate catalogue is issued with all the participating documentaries.

If yes, the producer is obliged to send two (2) subtitled VHS cassettes (in English). He/she may also send any kind of publicity material for distribution to the buyers.

This entry form should be submitted along with the following material:

·  DVD or VHS cassette copy of the film or video

·  Summary of the film in Greek or English in electronic form if possible (e.g. MS Word)

·  At least 3 photos of the film and one photo of the director(s) (in jpg format, 10x15 cm, 300 dpi if possible)

·  Dialogue list of the film or of the narration in Greek or English in electronic form if possible (e.g. MS Word)

·  Director’s biographical notes in electronic form if possible (e.g. MS Word)

·  Any available publicity material (press kits, poster A3 or A2 size etc)

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE FESTIVAL SUPPORTS THE FOLLOWING FORMATS:

35 & 16mm, Beta Sp PAL & NTSC, Digibeta PAL & NTSC

The entry of the film in TDF implies full acceptance of the attached Regulations.
