Lease Terms

13. Given our commitment to pay for 40% of our 200 students employees’ tuition and partner with the University’s Distance Learning, Business, Job Placement, and Foreign Language programs, is the University interested in providing us a discounted lease rate?

Commercial property. Question is not applicable for the university but the broker may provide negotiable lease rates based on credit and lease term.

Utilities

18. Who is the fiber provider?

Windstream, Time Warner, and AT&T serve the building.

19. Is redundant fiber available?

Windstream is the predominant provider of fiber in Lexington. Their central office is located in downtown Lexington and they have an extensive fiber network throughout downtown. Windstream can provide diverse fiber to guarantee that if one route goes does down there will be another route of communication. Redundant fiber is available in some locations and Windstream will build redundant fiber and build the cost into the rate.

20. Describe the telecommunications, fiber, and internet infrastructure to the space in very specific terms.

There are several large fiber connections into the building: Windstream, Time Warner, and AT&T. Diverse fiber can be provided to guarantee continued communication.
