IPCC ORIENTATION PROGRAMME

6. Programme Highlights :

a.  Objectives – To equip entrants of the professional course of Chartered Accountancy with some essential skills like Attitude and Motivation, Goal Setting, Personal Grooming, Effective Communication, Self Analysis, Office Organisational Structure, Report Writing, Precis Writing, Group Dynamics, Office Code of Conduct, Client Relationship Management, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO, Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), E-Commerce and M-Commerce, Money Market, Capital Market / Stock Exchange etc.

b.  Please do report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the programme on day 1 and at least 15 minutes before on the remaining days.

c.  Students would be marked absent for late attendance, which would lead to non-issuance of Completion Certificate.

d.  Students are advised to contact Board of Studies (, either personally during office hours between Monday to Friday or to send email at detailing the problem faced giving name, registration number, contact phone/mobile number, email id) if any problem occurs in regard to online registration. Please do not make multiple payments.

e.  Candidates enrolling for ORINTATION PROGRAMME are requested to visit the Institute 3rd Floor Study Material room with the print out of acknowledgement email for collection of the Study Kit between Monday and Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 5 PM.

f.  In case there is any problem in online payment wherein registration is not confirmed but the payment is debited to the account, in that event students are advised to send an email to enclosing therewith scanned copy of the bank statement confirming payment to ICAI and mark one copy of the mail to . Refund will be processed online in due course in such a case and the student is advised to preferably contact Board of Studies of ICAI, KOLKATA directly with a copy of the email.

g.  Perfect discipline should be maintained within the classroom/premises and any mistake will invite appropriate disciplinary action (e.g. debarred from attending ORIENTATION PROGRAMME class sessions for certain period of time, non-issuance of completion certificate & may be subjected to fresh enrolment, etc).

5.  PLEASE NOTE THAT SCANNED COPY OF PHOTO AND SIGNATURE OF THE STUDENT SHOULD NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 500 KB.

6.  SCANNED COPY OF ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUMENTS (POINT NO 4) SHOULD BE GENERATED IN .JPG OR .JPEG FORMAT ONLY.

7.  DURING ONLINE PAYMENT IF THE BANK NAME IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SELECT (BANK NAME) LIST, PLEASE MAKE THE PAYMENT THROUGH SBI PAYMENT GATEWAY.

8.  STUDENTS SHOULD ENSURE BEFORE ONLINE REGISTRATION THAT THEIR ITT CLASSES ARE NOT OVERLAPPING WITH ORIENTATION CLASS SCHEDULE.
